SWEET TOFU CREAM DESSERT TOPPING

  1 package of Mori-Nu Organic Silken Extra Firm Tofu 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla 1 TB melted coconut oil (make sure it’s not  hot when added to tofu) 1 pinch of sea salt In food processor, blend tofu until smooth.  Add all other ingredients, blend until velvety smooth.  Refrigerate at least 1 hour before
