You will sample CHOCOLATE MOUSSE, CAESAR SALAD DRESSING, and SESAME VEGETABLE STIR-FRY, all made with tofu – ingredients will be vegan, organic, and gluten-free. The recipes will be posted here on the blog immediately after the class. Also get important information on the benefits (and potential pitfalls) of eating tofu.
